1. We provide the best training for all our our virtual assistants. Many of
our virtual assistants learn new skill that would cost a lot of money to learn
at college.
2. We have a HUGE potential for growth. Have you ever wanted to have a job from
which you earn an executive title? Through growth you can achieve this.
3. We know how to treat virtual workers. Some of my employees became my very
good friends. We interact on personal levels.
4. The pay rates are higher than any other job you will find that hires virtual

With all of that said, it has been challenging placing everyone who wants to
work with us a position. For this reason we had to do our best to filter out our
applicants. By filtering our applicants we can bring the number of applicants
down to a group that is manageable. We have created a name for ourselves on many
different virtual assistant sites. One thing we have come to realize is that in
other countries there could be major storms that affect our workers, bad
internet connections that affect our workers or perhaps our workers or someone
in their family becomes ill. For this reason we ask all applicants to send us
replacement contact prior to moving on to the next step in the application
process. The replacement contact will be the people who can work for you if you
get sick or your internet goes down. The one rule we must mention is that the
replacement contacts must have a different phone number and address than you. We
are not looking for family members in the same household.
The last filter is the most important. We understand that virtual assistants may
get frustrated or embarrassed if they do not know how to deliver a task that is
asked for them to perform. Many virtual workers think it is easier to just
disappear than to have to feel like they let their employer down. This is not
the approach we want our employees to take. If you come across a task that you
do not understand or if you do not think you can do it. Contact us!!! We will
help you. We have had many workers who are now Executive Directors that were
lost and did not know how to do a project. If they disappeared it would have
resulted in another virtual assistant getting their job. If a task is too
difficult we can give you a different task.

may work better than others. If you have a
prospect without a first name do not just use
the template without the name. Your best
template may be the template you created that
has a first name. If that is the case you can
still use the temple just use Hello, without a
name. Mix and match as much as you need to and
if none of your templates are working you may
want to create new ones but please do one thing
keep good notes of the templates that you have
used and the bounced emails. I would suggest you
changing the color of the emails to red for

It was clear that you put a lot of effort in showing us your ability through the
assessment test. Based on your assessment score your pay rate will be $25 per
hour. Your hour designation is Monday through Friday. 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST. If
you cannot work these hours please let me know immediately. Let me start by
answering a few questions that you may have.
When do I start? You will be getting an official welcome
package from the Human Resource Department at the company that is processing
you.
What do you need from me? If you have not already sent us your
paypal address please send this to me when you get a chance.
How will the taxes work? You will be hired as a sub-contractor
and will be responsible for your own taxes. You will be sent a form with the
welcome package.
Do I get paid vacations? Yes after the first 6 months of
employment you will be eligible for 2 weeks paid vacation per year and 10 sick
days. We will let you take off a number of days from what you need. We just need
you to let us know in advance. And we need you to not take advantage of this
policy.
What is included in my welcome package? You will receive the
company directory, formal compensation and benefits information, and an employee
handbook that will outline what is expected from you.
When will I receive training? You will be sent a training
course based on the job that you were hired for. This will come in the form of a
video link, however you will also have a mentor for the first 2 weeks.
How do I get paid? You will be required to send your employer
an invoice once a month on the last Friday of the Month. You will then be paid
via paypal on the following Monday (unless it is a holiday). You will be paid
the 13th month just remind your employer. It's not something that we do in the
US but I know it's customary they're so our group doesn't mind sending you the
bonus.
What kind of jobs will I be doing? Your job will be decided
based on your application information and your assessment test. You will always
have steady work so do not worry about getting bored.
Is it ok to make mistakes? Absolutely we all make mistakes.
Do I have the freedom to be creative? We are always happy when
you have ideas or want to try to do things better
What if I get stuck during a project? Most likely you're going
to get stuck on a project. Instead of feeling embarrass or like you were going
to disappoint us let's go through these steps. First step is to Google the
process and see if there's any information that could help you online. If you
cannot find information online, the 2nd step is to ask a friend. The 3rd
step is to contact your mentor, we have no problem with you coming to us and

the primary reason we developed the assessment tests. So I cannot tell you what
your rate will be until we look at your work. From there we can view your skill
and pair you up with the company that has the most synergy. Each company has
different pay rates.
There are assessment tests that continue give us chances to view different
skill sets. You can certainly take more assessment tests. The great aspect of
the assessment tests is that they cost nothing and it does not hurt your score
to take additional tests. It can only increase your score.
Please keep in mind all task assignments will be assessed at the same
time. This means that we will assess your task when we receive all of the
assessment tasks. Because most of the applicants decided to multiple assessment
task to get a higher pay rate, your task will be assessed when we receive all of
the additional higher paying assessment tasks. Some of the applicants have just

There are 2 secrets that we never told our applicants. 1. Communication receives
the highest score on the assessment test.
With good communication you will score high. We have had an applicant
that has been traveling back and forth from Africa because his mom has cancer
but he writes us every 3 days. The other secret is the fact that every employee
that completes an assessment test receives a bonus (whether or not they get the
job) the bonus is valued at $2,500. One thing you must understand is creative to

create a word press site from a non-wordpress site. For you we will do a simple
migration assessment. Your assessment test will be to take a fully functioning
website and move it to a different server (making sure when the migration is
complete that the site on the new server is still working properly). This is a
relatively easy task for web development experts. Please let me know when you

As far as the site. The only reason why it says unsecure is because it does not
have an ssl. Sites have operated without ssl for decades and now the industry is

https:// 20% of all websites on the net still do not have ssl. I assure you that
there is nothing wrong with the site. We are sending applicants the next step
