Because Job Post Central has been rated "Best new jobs placement for virtual workers" 3 years in a row. We have received hundreds of resumes. We continue to receive this honor for 4 primary reasons.

1. We provide the best training for all our our virtual assistants. Many of our virtual assistants learn new skill that would cost a lot of money to learn at college.
2. We have a HUGE potential for growth. Have you ever wanted to have a job from which you earn an executive title? Through growth you can achieve this.

One thing we have come to realize is that in other countries there could be major storms that affect our workers, bad internet connections that affect our workers or perhaps our workers or someone in their family becomes ill. For this reason we ask all applicants to send us replacement contact prior to moving on to the next step in the application process. The replacement contact will be the people who can work for you if you get sick or your internet goes down. The one rule we must mention is that the replacement contacts must have a different phone number and address than you. We are not looking for family members in the same household.

The last filter is the most important. We understand that virtual assistants may get frustrated or embarrassed if they do not know how to deliver a task that is asked for them to perform. Many virtual workers think it is easier to just disappear than to have to feel like they let their employer down. This is not the approach we want our employees to take. If you come across a task that you do not understand or if you do not think you can do it. Contact us!!! We will help you. We have had many workers who are now Executive Directors that were lost and did not know how to do a project. If they disappeared it would have resulted in another virtual assistant getting their job. If a task is too difficult we can give you a different task.

The pay rate can only be decided after your skills have been assessed. This is the primary reason we developed the assessment tests. So I cannot tell you what your rate will be until we look at your work. From there we can view your skill and pair you up with the company that has the most synergy. Each company has different pay rates.

There are assessment tests that continue give us chances  to view different skill sets. You can certainly take more assessment tests. The great aspect of the assessment tests is that they cost nothing and it does not hurt your score to take additional tests. It can only increase your score.  Please keep in mind all task assignments will be assessed at the same time. This means that we will assess your task when we receive all of the assessment tasks. There are 2 secrets that we never told our applicants. 1. Communication receives the highest score on the assessment test.  With good communication you will score high. We have had an applicant that has been traveling back and forth from Africa because his mom has cancer but he writes us every 3 days. The other secret is the fact that every employee that completes an assessment test receives a bonus (whether or not they get the job) the bonus is valued at $2,500. One thing you must understand is creative to detail is important to the companies within this group. We are going to give you a more simple task since most of the applicants that came before you have been deemed with the task of showing their ability to create a word press site from a non-wordpress site. For you we will do a simple migration assessment. Your assessment test will be to take a fully functioning website and move it to a different server (making sure when the migration is complete that the site on the new server is still working properly). This is a relatively easy task for web development experts. Please let me know when you are ready for more details.

As you may have expected, we received a lot of interest in this job. So to determine who is best suited for the job it only makes sense to submit a skill test. We have 4 sites but before we choose a vendor we want to make sure that you can do what we need. Basically we want to see if you are skilled enough to convert a normal site to a wordpress site. So if you reply back and ask us for more time or if you need help with a specific part of your assessment you are scoring high on the communication part of the assessment test. Just remember if it is going 5 days to a week before we hear from you, it will not only affect your evaluation score but it can also let us know that you are not as serious as other applicants that would love to be in your spot. As far as the site. The only reason why it says unsecure is because it does not have an ssl. Sites have operated without ssl for decades and now the industry is trying to get everyone to purchase one. This does not mean that there is anything wrong with the site. It just means that the site is http:// rather than https:// 20% of all websites on the net still do not have ssl. I assure you that there is nothing wrong with the site. Yes we have a domain but it is strictly to have secure links for our applicants. There are too many companies within the group to be able to post them all on the group page. We do not want to focus on any particular companies within the group. There are over 50 companies within the group. For this reason we are the top remote employers for the past 5 years.
