General Information:

  1. We have positions for full time and part-time employees.
  2. We have job tasks for VA's that are new and only have general knowledge.
  3. We have job tasks for VA's that have advanced skills.
  4. Wages will be determined based on the skill level you possess.
  5. Wages will be capped at $10,000 per month.
  6. There is HUGE growth potential.
  7. We do not want you to feel uncomfortable in any way so if you need help. We are here.
  8. We offer training.
  9. We will not track your time. We will base everything on your performance, but if at any moment I feel that the performance is not up to par I will implement the time tracker.
  10. We will pay the 13th month.
  11. If you do a good job, expect to be praised. We want you to feel like this is your company and you need to know on a daily basis how much you are appreciated and how much we love your work.

The Package

Pay Factors: Pay will be decided by the following factors.

  1. The ability to follow directions.
  2. How much work can be done in a short amount of time (time management).
  3. The ability to learn and comprehend new tasks.
  4. How long you have been working with us.
  5. Loyalty and communication
  6. Current skill set.
  7. And most of all how well you perform during your simple test below (bottom of page).

We do cap the earning level at $10,000 per month. This mark will be a goal each and every one of you can shoot for.

 

Skill Test

This test is designed to test you in 3 key factors. 1. Attention to detail. 2 Creativity. 3. General graphic design skills. During this assessment applicants will create a simple clean and professional company logo. The logo will be completed in vector and have a white background and a black background.


Step 1.
Send an email to info@alternativehope.org with the subject line "Please send me content for the logo creation". We will reply back to your email the domain name/company name and concept of the brand.

Step 2.
We understand that there will be back and forth communication regarding this project so if you need anything. Please feel free to contact us at the email provided above. Please make the an original design that fits with the brand and color scheme. Please make the design in Vector and please make one design with a white background and one with a black background

Step 3.
Please send an email to info@alternativehope.org with the subject line "I have completed logo test".  Be sure to attached the logos to the email.

Step 4.
We will be assessing your task and will get back to you regarding your employment with the company. If you do not hear from us in one week follow up with us. If you are still working on the assessment test and we do not hear from you at least once a week you will be removed from the system and another applicant will get your opportunity. So it is important to send us an update at least once a week. Everyone that completes this assessment will not only be moved up the list for job placement but they also get a bonus that is valued at $5,000 USD.
