General Information:

  1. We have positions for full time and part-time employees.
  2. We have job tasks for VA's that are new and only have general knowledge.
  3. We have job tasks for VA's that have advanced skills.
  4. Wages will be determined based on the skill level you possess.
  5. Wages will be capped at $10,000 per month.
  6. There is HUGE growth potential.
  7. We do not want you to feel uncomfortable in any way so if you need help. We are here.
  8. We offer training.
  9. We will not track your time. We will base everything on your performance, but if at any moment I feel that the performance is not up to par I will implement the time tracker.
  10. We will pay the 13th month.
  11. If you do a good job, expect to be praised. We want you to feel like this is your company and you need to know on a daily basis how much you are appreciated and how much we love your work.

The Package

Pay Factors: Pay will be decided by the following factors.

  1. The ability to follow directions.
  2. How much work can be done in a short amount of time (time management).
  3. The ability to learn and comprehend new tasks.
  4. How long you have been working with us.
  5. Loyalty and communication
  6. Current skill set.
  7. And most of all how well you perform during your simple test below (bottom of page).

We do cap the earning level at $10,000 per month. This mark will be a goal each and every one of you can shoot for.

 

Skill Test

This test is designed to test you in 3 key factors. 1. Attention to detail. 2 The ability to create and implement a plan. 3. General lead Generation skills. We have over 50 companies. We will be hiring 15 lead generation experts. This assessment will last approximately 2 weeks. The 15 applicants that are able to generate the most leads will join our team :)


Step 1.
Send an email to info@freetravelresource.com with the subject line "Please send company for Leadgen task".

Step 2.
We will send you a url for a company. Once you receive the url study the company. From there come up with a detailed lead generation plan. For example how would you use social media? What social media platforms would you use? what would be your bait content? What paid ad platforms would you use and how much would you spend on each platform? How would you use influencer marketing?  How will you use email marketing? What would be your SEO plan? If you are creating a sales funnel what would it look like? I think you get the idea. Once your plan is complete Send an email to info@freetravelresource.com with the subject line "Completed the leadgen plan". With the email paste the contents of your plan.

Step 3.
Implement the plan you sent us. If you need more information from us feel free to chat back and forth via email. After the first week send us an email with an update of your work to the email address stated above. 

Step 4.
After the 2nd and last week, send an email to info@freetravelresource.com with the subject line "I have completed leadgen assessment". We will contact you and let you know how many leads were generated and assess your work for employment.

Step 5.
We will be assessing your task and will get back to you regarding your employment with the company. If you do not hear from us in one week follow up with us. If you are still working on the assessment test and we do not hear from you at least once a week you will be removed from the system and another applicant will get your opportunity. So it is important to send us an update at least once a week. Everyone that completes this assessment will not only be moved up to the job placement but they also get a bonus that is valued at $5,000 USD. Last step smile :)
