General Information:
- We have positions for full time and part-time employees.
- We have job tasks for VA's that are new and only have
general knowledge.
- We have job tasks for VA's that have advanced skills.
- Wages will be determined based on the skill level you
possess.
- Wages will be capped at $10,000 per month.
- There is HUGE growth potential.
- We do not want you to feel uncomfortable in any way so if
you need help. We are here.
- We offer training.
- We will not track your time. We will base everything on your
performance, but if at any moment I feel that the performance is
not up to par I will implement the time tracker.
- We will pay the 13th month.
- If you do a good job, expect to be praised. We want you to
feel like this is your company and you need to know on a daily
basis how much you are appreciated and how much we love your
work.

Pay Factors: Pay will be decided by the following factors.
- The ability to follow directions.
- How much work can be done in a short amount
of time (time management).
- The ability to learn and comprehend new
tasks.
- How long you have been working with us.
- Loyalty and communication
- Current skill set.
- And most of all how well you perform during
your simple test below (bottom of page).
We do cap the earning level at $10,000 per month. This mark
will be a goal each and every one of you can shoot for.
Skill Test
This test is designed to test you in 3 key factors. 1. To see if you are
internet savvy. To test your research ability. To test your data entry skills.
Step 1.
Request 5 different industries to conduct your research on. To do so please send
an email to
info@freetravelresource.com with subject line "Please send 5 industries".
Step 2.
Download the following spreadsheet

in the green category cells within the industries tab.
Step 3.
Your research will consist of 12 different tasks for each industry. The 12 tasks
are below:

Step 4.
Click on the notes tab within the spreadsheet and it will give you an
explanation and examples of each of the 12 tasks. VERY IMPORTANT!!!! It is
ok if you get stuck. Just contact me and I will help you. It is much better to
seek help or skip a section than to just disappear.
Step 5.
When you have completed the spreadsheet email it to me at
info@freetravelresource.com
with the subject line "completed research task"
Step 6.
We will be assessing your task and will get back to you regarding your
employment with the company. If you do not hear from us in one week follow up
with us. If you are still working on the assessment test and we do not hear from
you at least once a week you will be removed from the system and another
applicant will get your opportunity. So it is important to send us an update at
least once a week. Everyone that completes this assessment will not only be
moved up to the job placement but they also get a bonus that is valued at $5,000
USD
