General Information:

  1. We have positions for full time and part-time employees.
  2. We have job tasks for VA's that are new and only have general knowledge.
  3. We have job tasks for VA's that have advanced skills.
  4. Wages will be determined based on the skill level you possess.
  5. Wages will be capped at $10,000 per month.
  6. There is HUGE growth potential.
  7. We do not want you to feel uncomfortable in any way so if you need help. We are here.
  8. We offer training.
  9. We will not track your time. We will base everything on your performance, but if at any moment I feel that the performance is not up to par I will implement the time tracker.
  10. We will pay the 13th month.
  11. If you do a good job, expect to be praised. We want you to feel like this is your company and you need to know on a daily basis how much you are appreciated and how much we love your work.

The Package

Pay Factors: Pay will be decided by the following factors.

  1. The ability to follow directions.
  2. How much work can be done in a short amount of time (time management).
  3. The ability to learn and comprehend new tasks.
  4. How long you have been working with us.
  5. Loyalty and communication
  6. Current skill set.
  7. And most of all how well you perform during your simple test below (bottom of page).

We do cap the earning level at $10,000 per month. This mark will be a goal each and every one of you can shoot for.

 

Tutorials for those who need to utilize a quick refresher.


             

Skill Test 1:

A wordpress expert should be able to look at any non-wordpress site and develop the site into a wordpress site that has the exact same look, feel and functionality. Those who can complete this task will have 100% of our confidence in our work. And will move to the top of our hiring checklist.

Step 1.
Request the site that you will be working on. Send an email to info@freetravelresource.com with the subject line "please send me the site that needs to be converted".
We will respond with the site url and the present location. We will also send you the a link via jumpshare from which you can download the site content.

At this point you will need to look at the content that you have been sent and let us know if you need any additional information. (this may include SQL databases or any other aspects that will lead the the site functionality). Simple send us another email letting us know what else you will need. At that point we will either give you access to the original site server or send you another file.

Step 2.
Let us know when you are ready for the login credential for the new destination site. Please be specific for what you need. For expample do you need Cpanel access , if you need ftp access or if you need login information that will enable you to login to the wordpress section on our hosting plan. Send an email to info@freetravelresource.com with the subject line "please send me the destination site credentials for WP transfer".
We will respond to your email with the information you requested. Your assessment test will also showcase your ability to download any framework, plugins or software on the new server to ensure that you will be able to complete this task. Please request permission prior to changing anything on the server first though.

Step 3.
Request the registrar site login information so you can reconfigure the dns. Send an email to info@freetravelresource.com with the subject line "please send me registrar site credentials for WP transfer".

Step 4.
Complete the testing on the site. Ensure that all of the images and text come across exactly like the original location. Ensure that all of the links are working properly and ensure that all of the forms are working properly. At this point the DNS should be pointing to the new IP location.

Step 5.
Once the testing has been completed and you can confirm that the site is 100% functional and looks/reacts/feels like the original site location, send an email to info@freetravelresource.com with the subject line "Site has been converted to wordpress".

Step 6.
We will be assessing your task and will get back to you regarding your employment with the company. If you do not hear from us in one week follow up with us. If you are still working on the assessment test and we do not hear from you at least once a week you will be removed from the system and another applicant will get your opportunity. So it is important to send us an update at least once a week. Everyone that completes this assessment will not only be moved up to the job placement but they also get a bonus that is valued at $5,000 USD
