General Information:
We have positions for full time and part-time employees.
We have job tasks for VA's that are new and only have
general knowledge.
We have job tasks for VA's that have advanced skills.
Wages will be determined based on the skill level you
possess.
Wages will be capped at $10,000 per month.
There is HUGE growth potential.
We do not want you to feel uncomfortable in any way so if
you need help. We are here.
We offer training.
We will not track your time. We will base everything on your
performance, but if at any moment I feel that the performance is
not up to par I will implement the time tracker.
We will pay the 13th month.
If you do a good job, expect to be praised. We want you to
feel like this is your company and you need to know on a daily
basis how much you are appreciated and how much we love your
work.

Pay Factors: Pay will be decided by the following factors.

How much work can be done in a short amount
of time (time management).
The ability to learn and comprehend new
tasks.
How long you have been working with us.
Loyalty and communication
Current skill set.
And most of all how well you perform during
your simple test below (bottom of page).
We do cap the earning level at $10,000 per month. This mark
will be a goal each and every one of you can shoot for.
Skill Test:
The skill test will consist of following directions, basic
computer/application knowledge and general understanding of social media
marketing.

Demonstrate the ability to set up a social media page. If possible/applicable
include a video (made with the logo). Use the business name in the social media
url. Subscribe, like, follow, etc... To do this click
HERE to request the social media platform and website.
Step 4.
Creating content. Create 3 posts on the page you created. You can find content
from the posts within the site you created the page for. Please include images
for the posts (this can be done using Canva.com).
Step 5.
Set up the page so we also have administrative rights to the page.
Step 6.
Please send message letting us know that you have completed your assessment task

Our employment group has hundreds of businesses within and we are one of the
largest VA placing groups. Your work will be viewed and based on your skill
level you will be assigned a company, position and pay rate. When this takes
place you will be sent an employee handbook and we can go over all the questions
you have pertaining to the job.
