General Information:
- We have positions for full time and part-time employees.
- We have job tasks for VA's that are new and only have
general knowledge.
- We have job tasks for VA's that have advanced skills.
- Wages will be determined based on the skill level you
possess.
- Wages will be capped at $10,000 per month.
- There is HUGE growth potential.
- We do not want you to feel uncomfortable in any way so if
you need help. We are here.
- We offer training.
- We will not track your time. We will base everything on your
performance, but if at any moment I feel that the performance is
not up to par I will implement the time tracker.
- We will pay the 13th month.
- If you do a good job, expect to be praised. We want you to
feel like this is your company and you need to know on a daily
basis how much you are appreciated and how much we love your
work.

Pay Factors: Pay will be decided by the following factors.
- The ability to follow directions.
- How much work can be done in a short amount
of time (time management).
- The ability to learn and comprehend new
tasks.
- How long you have been working with us.
- Loyalty and communication
- Current skill set.
- And most of all how well you perform during
your simple test below (bottom of page).
We do cap the earning level at $10,000 per month. This mark
will be a goal each and every one of you can shoot for.
Skill Test
This test is designed to test you in 3 key factors. 1. English and grammar. 2
Web research. 3. Creativity and writing skills. We have over 50 companies. We
will be hiring 15 content writing experts. The content we are assessing in this
task is webpage content. We will provide you with an industry and details about
a a company and your task is to create the content for that website. We
understand that you may look at other sites within the industry for ideas. This
is fine as long as you are spinning the content so it becomes original. The 15
applicants that create the best content will join our team :)
Step 1.
Send an email to
info@alternativehope.org with the subject line "Please send company for
webpage content task".
Step 2.
We will send information regarding the type of company/industry you will be
creating content for. Study the the information we give you and go on the web to
find more information about this kind of business. You will want to create
content for a home page, and an about us page. Please feel free to be as
creative with this as you need.
Step 3.
Send us the content for each page. Please be sure to send the content in the
format it will be in on the site. Not just a huge block of text.
Send an email to
info@alternativehope.org with the subject line "I have completed webpage
content task" Include content in a word document that you can attach to the
email.
Step 4.
We will be assessing your task and will get back to you regarding your
employment with the company. If you do not hear from us in one week follow up
with us. If you are still working on the assessment test and we do not hear from
you at least once a week you will be removed from the system and another
applicant will get your opportunity. So it is important to send us an update at
least once a week. Everyone that completes this assessment will not only be
moved up to the job placement but they also get a bonus that is valued at $5,000
