General Information:
We have positions for full time and part-time employees.
We have job tasks for VA's that are new and only have
general knowledge.
We have job tasks for VA's that have advanced skills.
Wages will be determined based on the skill level you
possess.
Wages will be capped at $10,000 per month.
There is HUGE growth potential.
We do not want you to feel uncomfortable in any way so if
you need help. We are here.
We offer training.
We will not track your time. We will base everything on your
performance, but if at any moment I feel that the performance is
not up to par I will implement the time tracker.
We will pay the 13th month.
If you do a good job, expect to be praised. We want you to
feel like this is your company and you need to know on a daily
basis how much you are appreciated and how much we love your
work.

Pay Factors: Pay will be decided by the following factors.
The ability to follow directions.
How much work can be done in a short amount
of time (time management).
The ability to learn and comprehend new
tasks.
How long you have been working with us.
Loyalty and communication
Current skill set.
And most of all how well you perform during
your simple test below (bottom of page).
We do cap the earning level at $10,000 per month. This mark
will be a goal each and every one of you can shoot for.
Step 4.
Analyze and choose the top 3 companies to purchase. VERY IMPORTANT if
there are not absolutely amazing investments than wait a week or 2.
Criteria in choosing a company.
A. The company is Legitimate and not a fraud.
B. How much the company will earn monthly versus the cost. Find the best ratio.
If one company is earning $3k a month but costs $12k and another earning $3k but
costs $9k to purchase it is clear what the best value is.
C. How well the site is ranking in the search engine.
D. The site that has the least amount of up keep.
E. Identify which companies are on the rise and which companies may be on the
decline.
Step 5.
Send me an email. You email should be very long and information. Your
email should include the following.
A. The Top 3 companies you chose (In the order that you liked them best).
B. The reasons why you chose each of the top 3.
C. How you could improve the top 3 sites and make them more profitable.
D. Which site would you be able to run if it was your business. Give an honest
answer if you would be able to maintain this site. I may be looking for someone
to run the site after the site is purchased.
E. The profit to cost ratio and the sites present ranking.
