When the client does not know what is not 100% accurate and you have to chose  a dispute reason in the software. What is the default reason you would chose? Not mine

How do you explain the first work fee? I just explain we are getting compensated for doing “other” work. Can you give me examples or other work that you may explain?

how do you justify 6 months for a couple of items. I understand that economy is a scale which is a rebuttal for the work but not the time. Do you tell them you get charged for 6 months regardless of how long it takes? I would tell the client to compare my service to a competitor who charges by the month.  Under my service we will attempt to get the item off ASAP to save time, money, postage, etc. My competitor may well not try to get those two accounts off right away , or maybe they just work on one account to start.  With them if they are successful in finishing the job in 1 month they would negate their abitly to charge you any more so what many of those companies do is “stall” and save an account to work on later say 4, 6, 8, or even 10 months down the line. So if you finish before the contract date they can break the contract. Lets say you get the items off in 2 months but you have a contract for 6 months.

 

When you were going over your pitch you mentioned going over the credit report line by line saying "I think I can do this, I can’t do that". What negative items would you say you can't do anything with? None.  We can do something with EVERY negative items.  I might however advise them that for certain items our chances of success are smaller than others – for instance – a high likelihood of removing a collection account and a low likelihood of removing a public record bankruptcy.
