I am looking for a person who is respectful and clean and that does not do drugs or smoke. There are 3 rooms available. You can look through the pictures to see the rooms. The first level room will have a private bathroom right outside the room. The kitchen and living room is shared. My home is unique. The ideal roommate would be a person who does not have a lot of furniture because the room in fully furnished. I am looking for someone who would can commit to a 1 year rental agreement.

Location:
My home is a 5-minute walk from a beautiful lake. I am also in between 2 ski mountains (great in the winter). Weare is in between Concord and Manchester. It is a very quiet town with lots of wildlife and nature. In the fall the town is extremely beautiful if you like foliage.

I am looking for a roommate to enjoy this drama-free relaxing atmosphere with. My home is extremely clean and has more amenities than you can shake a stick at.

What I am looking for:
A clean, respectable, mature, mellow, drama-free, financially secure individual that does not have too many things to move in considering the rooms are fully furnished. I am looking for someone that is not looking to bounce around and could see themselves renewing a lease every year. Someone that is handy or does not mind helping on the upkeep with home or yard maintenance. Someone that can co-exist with 2 other respectful roommates.

What I am not looking for:
A party person, smoker, a person looking to move in with a child, a person looking to move in with a pet, a person with an unstable or un-essential job. Someone with a criminal record.

This is the perfect location if you are looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and want to live in a beautiful natural environment with trails, lakes, at a high elevation with no light pollution. Stargazing is amazing here. Hang out by the bonfire look up at the stars, see the fireflies and other natural animals outside. This truly is a hidden gem.

About me:

I am a male in my 40s and outgoing. I work remotely so I will be working at home from my office. I am extremely laid back and mellow. I travel out of the country quite a bit and I am often gone for an extended period of time. I am very clean and respectful of my roommates.

Kitchen

Man cave includes projection screen tv, poker table, electronic darts, 2 couches, foosball table, pool table, fish tank, stoked bar, mini fridge, board games, game system, woodstove and radiant heat.

Living Room includes large, tv, ceiling fans, Saki table, couch, end table, reading chair, bean bag chairs and fire place.

Downstairs bedroom.

Downstairs Bathroom includes shower, sink, toilet, washer, dryer and towel closet.

Backyard consists of a pool, Jacuzzi (not yet set up), horseshoe pits, tree house, refrigerator, bamboo raised garden, stage, frog pond, BBQ grill, fire pit, yard games, pool house, rafts, canoe and seating. The elevation is high and the sky is very clear so the front yard is great for stargazing.

Full gym with dumbbells from 10 pounds to 80 pounds. Bench, dip bar, curling bench, pull up bar, circuit training machines that enables you to work every muscle group, treadmill, elliptical, sit up incline and more.
